A Christmas Carol at Ford’s Theatre

Until December 31, Ford’s Theatre will be hosting one of the season’s most traditional plays, A Christmas Carol, the story of Ebenezer Scrooge and his trip through time with the ghosts of Christmas. The Nutcracker

Running every day until Christmas at the Warner Theatre, the Nutcracker is a classic Russian ballet with a local twist – it’s set in historical Georgetown. From the dancing to the Tchaikovsky score, you’ll enjoy every element of this wonderful holiday performance. Tickets are available online.

Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical

Adults and children alike love the classic Dr. Seuss tale of the mean-spirited Grinch, who plans to steal Christmas from Whoville. With hit songs, elaborate costumes and wonderful choreography, everyone will love this musical running at D.C’s National Theatre until December 31.
